Frequently asked questions

Standard vs Advanced AI model: what’s the difference?

This is the AI setting when you generate (desktop extension). Standard suits most daily replies (~1.5 credits per action). Advanced uses about 20× more credits for long context or demanding instructions. Pro and Elite allow both; Starter is Standard only.

Extension: Easy vs Full mode?

Browser extension only (WhatsApp Web / LinkedIn). Easy = short flow (thread, intent, generate). Full = more options to refine context (tone, language, LinkedIn tools…). Billing is driven by the Standard/Advanced AI model you choose, not by Easy vs Full.

Does the iOS / Android app include AI?

Not for now. Native apps (coming to iOS and Android) are separate from the extension: no AI generation, no Standard/Advanced or Easy/Full modes in the app. The AI assistant stays on the desktop extension; the online dashboard follows your account on all devices.

Are prices excl. or incl. tax?

What if I exceed my credits?

Once your included credits are used up, you can enable pay-as-you-go overage from the client area — on any plan, including Starter (free), if you choose to. You set a euro cap: each AI action draws from overage until the cap is reached, then the tool stops. The actual amount is billed at the end of the cycle. On Team, the pool is shared and the owner manages these settings for the workspace.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, anytime from the dashboard: Starter → Pro → Elite → Team, with the same names as here.
